About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team as a Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in a thriving educational environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 University degree, ideally in Education or Early Childhood subjects, and a strong passion for working with young people to support their educational journey.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting, with strong interpersonal skills to build a positive rapport with pupils and teachers alike.

The role involves assisting in the delivery of a variety of subjects, preparing and delivering classes, and engaging with students to help grow their academic potential.

We are looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the delivery of a variety of subjects while working alongside a senior lead teacher.
  2. Prepare, deliver, and lead a variety of classes (on occasion).
  3. Engage 1:1/in small groups with students to help grow their academic potential.
  4. Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.
