Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition processes and driving continuous improvement in recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Job Advert Creation: Develop and optimize inclusive job advert templates for internal and external roles, collaborating with hiring managers to capture role-specific requirements.
- ATS Management: Identify improvements in how we use our ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all stages of the recruitment process.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating (and conducting some) interviews and onboarding.
- Website & Employer Brand: Work with HR and our marketing coordinator to enhance the careers section of our website and promote BPA as an employer of choice.
- Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives that drive equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all recruitment practices encourage a wide range of applicants.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics), using data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, with hands-on experience managing an ATS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion with an understanding of inclusive recruitment practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
