Assistant Manager - Residential Childcare We are seeking a compassionate and committed Assistant Manager to join our team in delivering outstanding care for children and adolescents aged 10-18 who have faced trauma, neglect, exploitation, and/or abuse.

Requirements:
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
  • A minimum of 24 months of experience in residential childcare.
  • A minimum of 12 months in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Diploma level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
