Job Title: Training Manager (Mobile)

Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company in the heating industry, seeking a highly skilled Training Manager (Mobile) to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a mobile role, requiring travel between centres of excellence across Northern England and Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical training across the full portfolio of company brands and products, including boilers, controls, and renewable technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and business health and safety processes.
  • Assume responsibility for the Centres of Excellence, maintaining sites to a premium standard.
  • Manage brand marketing materials, collateral, and literature, ensuring version control.
  • Monitor and suggest improvements to tools within each Centre of Excellence, ensuring stock is accounted for and calibration and service requirements are up to date.
  • Review and recommend changes to existing course content and materials, process improvements.
  • Deliver internal training programs to staff and colleagues, attending events as necessary to understand new products and review Group-sourced material.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Training Manager or similar is essential.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of heating and system technologies is required.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality, technical training with commercial awareness and customer experience focus.
  • Bring industry training as required by the business, such as ACS, experience in industry, G3, etc.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Passion for innovation in training methodology and content.
  • Ability to shape the future of training and processes, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
