About the Role

Burberry Limited is seeking a skilled Assistant Merchandiser to join our Menswear Collection Merchandiser team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our strategic plan, working closely with Merchandising and collaborating across Sourcing, Planning, Product Development, and Design teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports on a style, fabric, and color selling level using Excel to inform future design development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, including pricing analysis, to drive pricing architecture guidance for the collection.
  • Assist in building seasonal range-plans, product, and pricing strategies, and prepare all market-related documents.
  • Partner with the corporate pricing team to understand price-bands across the three core currencies and report back findings to the Merchandising team.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting the quarterly sales hindsight decks.
  • Assist in the global brand buy process with the regional teams, organize and coordinate collection notes and buying guides.
  • Coordinate and support all administration duties relating to market training for the Merchandising team.
  • Manage all PLM data entry to ensure delivery and prices in all currencies are up to date.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Product Merchandising within a luxury brand.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates commercial instinct and taste level.
  • Confident presenter with retail math skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
