Position Summary:
The Integration Team Lead will oversee and enhance the Integration Team at Saab Seaeye, as well as manage the integration, testing, and commissioning of our Saab Seaeye products to fulfill contractual and business obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Integration Team, leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Ensure the integration, testing, and commissioning of Seaeye products align with contractual and business requirements.
Essential Skills and Duties:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of five years or HNC experience in an Electrical or Mechanical engineering environment.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Implement and maintain 6S standards.
- Deliver integrated and commissioned systems on time, meeting required quality standards (Internal Factory Acceptance Testing).
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production engineering to develop and implement enhanced production methods for both new and existing products.
- Facilitate skills and competency development within the Integration team through structured training initiatives.
- Conduct capacity and resource planning for the integration area in alignment with Seaeye business forecasts.
- Foster positive collaboration with key internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Assist project managers in delivering Factory Acceptance Testing with clients on-site.
- Possess technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Seaeye products at the ROV and Sub-Assembly level.
- Experience and knowledge in the offshore energy sector.

- Maintain proficiency in all relevant IT and other systems necessary for effective role performance.
- Act with integrity and in the best interest of the business at all times.
