Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to the service reception with a friendly demeanor.
  • Schedule vehicle appointments efficiently.
  • Manage job cards from initiation to completion.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations for service work.
  • Communicate effectively with the workshop regarding ongoing tasks.
  • Coordinate courtesy vehicle arrangements using the designated system.
  • Handle costing, invoicing, and customer handovers while promoting additional services.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess previous experience in a main dealership setting, demonstrating strong customer service skills along with proficiency in upselling and administrative tasks. Familiarity with systems such as RTC, One Link, and Kerridge will be advantageous.
