We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at IN2 Consult. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by providing administrative support and data entry services.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and manage client data across various platforms
- Support administrators by obtaining quotations for advisers
- Prepare client information ahead of presentations
- Analyze and present data using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Plan and prioritize tasks with excellent organizational skills
- Take proactive ownership of workload and maintain a flexible attitude
- GCSE or equivalent required
- Higher education is desirable but not essential
