Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Risk Manager to join our client's dynamic team at a large independent hospital. As a Quality and Risk Manager, you will play a key role in championing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the hospital surpasses external regulatory inspection requirements, and fostering a culture of strong governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion quality improvement initiatives, aligning with our corporate vision and operational plans.
- Ensure the hospital surpasses external regulatory inspection requirements.
- Partner with senior management to lead the operational management of quality assurance and patient safety.
- Foster a culture of strong governance by raising awareness and knowledge of quality processes and regulations.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing hospital clinical governance activities, policies, and systems.
