Our Opportunity:

This full-time, permanent position as an IVVQ Manager involves leading a team focused on delivering a next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) solution. The role encompasses a range of engineering activities essential for developing a product while ensuring customer satisfaction with the final deliverable. We seek a Systems Engineer with experience in leading an IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification) team and managing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IVVQ management activities.
  • Develop and implement IVVQ strategies across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment of IVVQ activities with the overall project plan, adhering to agreed-upon cost, quality, and schedule constraints.
  • Introduce new tools and methodologies related to IVVQ.
  • Demonstrate that the solution meets the operational needs defined by the customer.
  • Support and execute IVVQ activities.
  • Prepare SE and IVVQ-related documentation.
  • Manage and report defects in a clear and efficient manner.

What We Are Looking For:

Skills:

  • Understanding of Systems Engineering and its processes, including knowledge of Systems Lifecycles.
  • Ability to integrate and verify various technologies logically and systematically to meet customer requirements.
  • Capability to foster collaborative working relationships with multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and clarify complex technical issues for diverse audiences.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude, effective in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BEng, BSc) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline or equivalent training and experience.
  • Proven experience in a lead testing role.
  • Experience in requirements management using DOORS.
  • Familiarity with the complete systems lifecycle from design to validation and qualification.
  • Knowledge of iterative development and agile methodologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the engineering lifecycle, from concept design and requirements management to system integration and testing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Architecture Frameworks (MODAF, DODAF, TOGAF, etc.).
  • Experience in product line engineering.
  • Preference for experience in the Electronic Warfare, Radar, or telecommunications sectors.

Security Clearance: This role requires SC Clearance. While it is advantageous to currently hold this clearance, it is mandatory for the successful candidate to undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance.
