Our Opportunity:
This full-time, permanent position as an IVVQ Manager involves leading a team focused on delivering a next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) solution. The role encompasses a range of engineering activities essential for developing a product while ensuring customer satisfaction with the final deliverable. We seek a Systems Engineer with experience in leading an IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification) team and managing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IVVQ management activities.
- Develop and implement IVVQ strategies across the organization.
- Ensure alignment of IVVQ activities with the overall project plan, adhering to agreed-upon cost, quality, and schedule constraints.
- Introduce new tools and methodologies related to IVVQ.
- Demonstrate that the solution meets the operational needs defined by the customer.
- Support and execute IVVQ activities.
- Prepare SE and IVVQ-related documentation.
- Manage and report defects in a clear and efficient manner.
What We Are Looking For:
Skills:
- Understanding of Systems Engineering and its processes, including knowledge of Systems Lifecycles.
- Ability to integrate and verify various technologies logically and systematically to meet customer requirements.
- Capability to foster collaborative working relationships with multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and clarify complex technical issues for diverse audiences.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude, effective in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BEng, BSc) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline or equivalent training and experience.
- Proven experience in a lead testing role.
- Experience in requirements management using DOORS.
- Familiarity with the complete systems lifecycle from design to validation and qualification.
- Knowledge of iterative development and agile methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the engineering lifecycle, from concept design and requirements management to system integration and testing strategies.
- Familiarity with Architecture Frameworks (MODAF, DODAF, TOGAF, etc.).
- Experience in product line engineering.
- Preference for experience in the Electronic Warfare, Radar, or telecommunications sectors.
Security Clearance: This role requires SC Clearance. While it is advantageous to currently hold this clearance, it is mandatory for the successful candidate to undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance.
