Working Hours:
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility required based on operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training for staff on the safe and effective operation of machinery.
- Enhance production efficiency while ensuring product quality remains uncompromised.
- Address reported equipment malfunctions swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventative maintenance strategies to prolong equipment lifespan.
- Aid in the setup or dismantling of machinery as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and document any findings.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, operational values, and service intervals.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of machinery and workspaces.
- Keep an updated inventory of repair tools and spare parts.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks to uphold workplace standards.
- Possess experience with filling and packaging machinery.
- A mechanical background is considered advantageous.
