About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our retail store by leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards
- Supporting the management of your team and motivating colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Providing colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
- Operating and delivering processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Having a strong knowledge and ability to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs)
About You
We Are Looking for an Enthusiastic, Focused and Driven Team Player with a Passion for Retail and Delivering Great Service.
Key Requirements Include:
- Experience of managing a small to medium sized team in a fast-paced retail environment
- The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
- Effective communication skills
- Strong leadership and organisation skills
- A flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude
