Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at AllSaints in Bristol. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of stylists to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
