Nexus ERP is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Liverpool. As a key member of the Lettings department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring all legal compliances are up to date, and providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including arranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to landlords
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance works and required actions
- Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, including renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements
- Liaise with tenants and landlords following the end of tenancy, and communicate with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy
- Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries, and provide articulate and effective communication
Essential Skills:
- Lettings Property Management experience is essential, with a strong background in lettings legislation
- Great customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions
- IT literate, with the ability to use property management software and other relevant tools
