We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Document and Data Controller to join our team at Guidant Global Careers. As a key member of our Configuration Management (CM) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our documentation and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and manage documents and data in our Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Control and maintain the quality of internal documents
  • Monitor and control access to the CMDB
  • Support project teams with CM-related queries and provide guidance on document and data management
  • Propose process improvements and support the CM team
  • Report on activities, CMDB state, and documentation/data status

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of configuration management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CM tools and technologies
