We are seeking a skilled and committed Legal Assistant to become part of our client's Commercial Property division.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in legal assistance, particularly within the commercial property domain, demonstrating the capability to operate independently and manage their own tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • * Deliver comprehensive administrative support to a team of Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
  • Oversee Commercial Property files from inception to conclusion.
  • Draft and manage various legal documents, including Land Registry submissions.
  • Employ digital dictation and case management software proficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills, ensuring all assignments are completed accurately and within designated timelines.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications competently to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring that demanding deadlines are consistently met.

Candidate Profile:

  • * Experienced in Commercial Property matters and knowledgeable about digital dictation and case management tools.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, capable of performing under pressure.
  • Self-driven, with a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for the role.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a professional telephone demeanor.
