Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join our team at a leading multi-disciplinary law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking work across a diverse range of sectors and jurisdictions, including commercial disputes, regulatory challenges, and complex personal injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake work across a diverse range of sectors and jurisdictions, from commercial disputes to regulatory challenges and complex personal injuries
  • Consider papers received on instruction, daily client contact/case management, drafting legal and court documents, preparation of hearing bundles and external instructions, case and general administration, document management, and legal research
  • Work with a variety of lay and professional clients, barristers, and mediators
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents and hearing bundles
  • Conduct legal research and provide support to the legal team

Requirements:

  • 1 year's legal experience, ideally including finance, commercial, or civil litigation
  • Minimum of 2:1 degree (with postgraduate LPC/BPTC preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong IT skills
  • Firm understanding of GDPR
