Key Responsibilities:

In this prominent role, you will lead the re-procurement process for the major repairs and maintenance contract, with a focus on enhancing service delivery and implementing carbon reduction strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a compliant and responsive repairs service, ensuring performance targets are met through effective contract oversight.
  • Overseeing maintenance contracts with a strong understanding of schedules of rates and contractor claims.
  • Driving the digital transformation of the responsive repairs service, utilizing data to improve housing repair operations.
Leadership and Team Management:

Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills by inspiring and motivating your team to provide outstanding, customer-centric services.
