Key Responsibilities- Proactively work as part of a multi-skilled team to maintain all manufacturing assets.
- Actively complete root cause analysis, returning the equipment in a safe and timely manner, driving efficiency, quality, and reliability improvements.
- Complete maintenance using a multi-skilled approach, performing proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring that health and safety procedures are always followed.
- Continually seek ways to improve all processes and procedures relating to the maintenance of equipment.
- Support site Reliability agenda: Identification of failure modes and trends, complete root cause analysis processes and drive the agreed actions.
- Provide support to site Project and Change Initiatives as appropriate.
- Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site-specific or dynamic risk assessments.
- Report all maintenance tasks on CMMS system as required and to the correct standard.
- Involvement in continuous improvement projects.
- Issue work permits and supervise contractors.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/Multi-Skilled Engineering Qualification.
- Evidence of cross-skilling is required if your qualification is of a mechanical specialism.
- Desirable qualifications include 18th Edition wiring regulations, PAT Testing, PLC qualifications, Abrasive Wheels, Welding, IOSH, and Machine Safety (PILZ).
- A competitive salary of £41, % Shift Allowance = £49,275.11.
