We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate & Business Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment
In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of compliance cases, collaborating with the Accounts & Audit team to ensure seamless execution. You will also be responsible for the management and development of staff, driving growth and excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routinely interact with clients to understand their tax needs and provide expert guidance
- Liaise with the audit team, accounts team, and clients to ensure the collation of necessary information for corporate and business tax returns
- Ensure timely completion of follow-up work after client meetings
- Review tax returns prepared by team members to maintain high standards
- Monitor personal time budgets and chargeability to optimize productivity
Required Skills and Experience:
- CTA qualified (ACA or ACCA a plus)
- At least 5 years of CT experience within an accountancy practice
- Sound technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Proven managerial skills
