We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and cooking.
  • Accompany clients on outings and social activities.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work or a related field.
