Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
About the Role:This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our client with daily living tasks, including household chores, cooking, and social activities. You will also accompany our client to appointments and provide emotional support and companionship.
Requirements:- Previous experience in mental health care
- Enhanced DBS disclosure
- Male applicant only (exempt under the Equality Act 2010 Part 2, Schedule 9)
- Ability to work around a dog in the family home
- Commitment to long-term care for one client in a person-centred way
- Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs
- Reliability, non-judgmental attitude, caring nature, responsibility, and compassion
- Commitment to confidentiality and treating the client with dignity and respect
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50
- Training and supervision provided

- Annual leave paid at 5.6 weeks per annum (pro-rata)
