As a midwife in our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pregnant women and new mothers. This will include performing screening tests, monitoring pregnancies, and supporting less experienced staff in the department.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- NMC registered midwife
- Midwifery degree or working towards
- Experience of managing a team or area, or experience of being 'in charge' of a shift
- Successfully completed preceptorship package or demonstrable equivalent competencies and skills (Band 6)
