Role and Team Dynamics

As a member of our Strategy and Innovation Team within adult social care, you will spearhead a program dedicated to CQC Assurance. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and readiness for regulatory evaluations.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CQC Assurance for local authorities
  • Construct and maintain an evidence repository and ensure the quality of documentation
  • Champion the representation of the voices of supported individuals in quality assurance processes
