Reporting to: Director of Data & Insight

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to synchronize salesforce strategies and initiatives aimed at meeting commercial goals
  • Design and execute a comprehensive measurement and reporting framework to assess the effectiveness of initiatives
  • Establish an integrated omnichannel strategy within Salesforce to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Enhance lead distribution within Salesforce to maximize productivity
  • Develop an effective dialing strategy for lead management
  • Generate supporting reports for analyzing activities and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in optimization involving data
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience focused on operational enhancement
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and informed decision-making
  • Strong skills in building relationships with operational teams
  • Experience in the telecommunications or utilities sector

Educational Background:

  • A-Level and/or degree in a quantitative field

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in Salesforce optimization
  • Strong analytical capabilities with large datasets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders
