About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hays Accounts and Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their financial requirements and provide insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve financial processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A qualified accounting background (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
