About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Ammanford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing housing-related support to clients, helping them to maintain a tenancy and prevent homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage and motivate clients to engage with their community and develop life and social skills
  • Provide advice, information, and support to clients
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to the job, including developing risk assessments, support plans, and risk management plans
  • Manage a caseload of clients with varying needs and levels of support
  • Liaise and work closely with other agencies and professionals to meet clients' needs
  • Assist clients with potential benefits and help them register with healthcare providers
