Mechanical Engineering Project Leader

Location: United Kingdom

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Company Vehicle

Role Overview:

As a Mechanical Engineering Project Leader, you will oversee the execution of mechanical projects from initiation through to completion and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and ensure compliance with project specifications by the team.
- Monitor progress and provide updates during weekly client meetings.
- Strategically plan resources, including materials, workforce, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with the Site Safety Officer to uphold all safety standards.
- Engage with clients to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in Project Management within Mechanical, M&E, MEP, HVAC, Ventilation, Ductwork, and Air Conditioning sectors.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.

- SMSTS
- CSCS
