Senior Estimator Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our cost planning department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for our development projects.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost planning, with a proven track record of working on projects above £15m
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work on a standalone basis
  • Development and land experience, with a focus on estimating and cost planning
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
