Senior Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a key member of our cost planning team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for our development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our development projects, including their scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with our project managers and development teams to ensure that estimates are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on cost planning and estimation to our development teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost planning and estimation, with a strong track record of delivering accurate and detailed estimates.
  • Proven ability to work on projects above £15m, with a strong understanding of development and land costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work on a standalone basis, with minimal supervision.
