Job Title: Head of Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Finance to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial activity, including accounting, reporting, process improvement, audit preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team and Department Heads, ensuring the company's long-term financial health and success.
  • Financial Analysis: Review and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to optimize financial management.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Owner and Managing Director.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and improve financial efficiency.
  • Financial Risk Management: Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified accountant (CPA, FCA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Experience: Proven track record as a successful Head of Finance or Financial Controller in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience with Access Financials and People systems
