We're seeking an experienced Financial Director to join our leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in steering the financial strategy of the business as we scale, providing oversight on financial planning, investment utilization, and overall fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models that provide visibility into our profitability and unit economics.
  • Lead the development of complex financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and real-time reporting.
  • Drive financial innovation, working closely with other departments to ensure our financial strategies align with our broader business goals.
  • Establish core KPIs, defining and tracking key metrics that drive business success.
  • Provide financial leadership for the launch of new products, ensuring the right financial models are in place and pricing strategies align with our growth goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial leadership, with a strong track record of building financial processes from scratch.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management, with the ability to refine and maintain complex financial systems.
  • A data-driven approach, using financial insights to inform key business decisions and drive operational efficiency.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, capable of taking full ownership of the finance function.
