Job Title: Financial Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at Talentedge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our finance function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the leadership team and board of directors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 5 years PQE.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering financial results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
