Front Office Agent

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Agent to join our exceptional Front Office Team at our Coldra Court Hotel. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Process guest payments and handle any issues that may arise
  • Provide information and recommendations on hotel services and local attractions
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office Team to ensure seamless guest service
