About the Role

Homecarers Liverpool, a leading provider of Adult Social Care in the Liverpool City Region, is seeking a skilled Compliance Review Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Review Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of compliance and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create care plans with new service users and their families, ensuring their needs are identified and goals are set.
  • Identify training needs across the organization, providing coaching and support when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, conducting spot checks and monitoring medication management using the MARS system.
  • Provide care cover in times of emergency and ensure accurate, timely reporting and effective communication across the organization.
  • Liaise with Care Coordinators, completing risk assessments and RIDDOR reports as needed.
  • Attend customer reviews, maintaining clear communication with families and service users.

Requirements:
