Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer stores to demonstrate products to store staff, support with product merchandising, and develop existing relationships.
  • Work on merchandising, product placement, and POS tasks to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations to store staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong product knowledge and merchandising skills to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the designated territory to visit customer stores and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
