Teneo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our political and regulatory practice, you will be responsible for providing strategic counsel to senior clients and leading high-profile account teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver political campaigns and strategies that drive real impact for our clients
  • Manage client servicing, profitability, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Generate new business leads through networking and proactive opportunity spotting
  • Provide political insight and intelligence through political, media, and industry networking
  • Contribute to the development of junior team members and mentor them in their roles
Requirements
  • At least 7 years' experience in a senior role in public affairs consultancy or in-house
  • Demonstrable experience in managing large teams
  • Excellent understanding of local and national government
  • Ability to shape and deliver strategic advice to senior-level clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to foster good working relationships
