Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Permanent Recruitment Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of our Permanent Recruitment Division, ensuring team goals align with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Permanent Recruitment Division, ensuring team goals align with overall company objectives.
- Oversee budgets, resources, and operational processes, managing the division's Profit & Loss to meet financial targets.
- Ensure high performance within the professional services team, collaborating with other departments on cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven senior management experience within the recruitment sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Experience in managing ATS systems and implementing operational change.
