Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Policy and Research Administrator to join our team at Clubhouse For Kids. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our research projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our research projects, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Research Coordination: Coordinate research activities, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing research budgets.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research data, including laboratory records and stock inventory.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with research team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful completion of research projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and report project risks and opportunities, and provide solutions to ensure the successful completion of research projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a research administration role, preferably in a university or research institution setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
