Job Summary

As a Block Manager with Pear Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's estate and letting agency in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent collection and maintenance of high standards.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize rental income.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless service for clients.
