Pursue a challenging opportunity as a Grants Manager at Bryn Mawr College, where you will play a pivotal role in maximizing institutional giving and contributing to the organization's overall fundraising budget. As a Grants Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts from a portfolio of private foundations, corporate foundations, individuals, and select public agency investors.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough prospect research on foundations to evaluate prospective grants and initiate personal contact with potential funders.
- Develop and execute stewardship plans for a subset of foundation and corporate donors, including site visits and other cultivation activities.
- Manage select initiatives, such as the United Way Giving Campaign and other special projects.
- Utilize fundraising software to track gift processing, reporting, and moves management.
- Collaborate with program and finance personnel to gather program and financial details for proposal development.
