Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Birmingham Hospice. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our charity shop in Harborne, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of retail staff and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and sales targets are met.
  • Oversee the visual merchandising, stock rotation, and health and safety procedures in the shop.
  • Drive sales growth and maximize revenue through effective merchandising and sales strategies.
