Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Waiting team in providing outstanding service to our discerning clients
  • Maintain high standards of quality, speed, and customer care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to the success of our two AA rosette restaurants through your expertise and dedication
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Chef de Rang within the hospitality sector
  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume operation and adapt to changing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
