Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing site, including production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Quality and Standards: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure that all products meet our quality control requirements.
- Targets, KPIs, and Cost Control: Set and achieve targets, manage KPIs, and control costs to ensure the site's financial performance.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and people management experience within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong background in food manufacturing or production, including knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Operational Skills: Hands-on experience of managing KPIs, budgets, and cost control, as well as knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a resilient nature to lead and motivate a team.
