About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our IT department at EG Group. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and infrastructure.

This position is ideal for a dynamic and experienced professional who excels in team management and has a profound understanding of cybersecurity threats and solutions.

You will lead a team of cybersecurity engineers, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement robust security measures.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead a team of cybersecurity engineers to ensure the security and integrity of our digital assets.
  2. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Design and implement robust security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  5. Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies to ensure our organization remains secure.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in cybersecurity management, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and solutions.
  2. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  6. Proficiency in using, building, and maintaining an EDR/XDR solution (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Tanium).
  7. Proficiency in using, building, and maintaining a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) environment (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk).
