About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at The PM Law Group. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Prepare and review contracts, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Conveyancing Department to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
