The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of our workshop, ensuring high levels of productivity and maintaining a professional workshop environment at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage and maintain the workshop machinery and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Ensure accurate recording and invoicing of work completed.
- Maintain a clean and secure workshop environment, leading by example.
- Liaise with our Service team to ensure excellent customer service and manage any customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
