About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Work across various categories, including General Merchandising.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
