We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Lubrication Technician to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Lubricate bearings, spray chains, and fill oil bots using a pre-defined selection of assets
- Apply lubricants to rotating elements to ensure optimal performance
- Follow a set route and work on predefined routes using an iPad
- Manage weekly stock takes and update the system to ensure sufficient stock levels
- Deliver lubrication expertise using techniques and methodologies to optimize regime
- Perform first-line maintenance activities, assessing and escalating issues when necessary
- Liaise with clients regarding lubrication issues identified during day-to-day duties
- Carry out repairs and modifications to issues found while carrying out lubrication duties in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with lubrication training of operational personnel as required
- Report asset defects to clients and enter notifications on their ERP system
- You have Tribology knowledge and methodology of lubricants
- You have exposure to rotating equipment and can confidently support with training where necessary
- You have obtained a technical apprenticeship, A-level, or relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- You have proficient computer skills
Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role. You may need to provide certificates of any qualifications you have relevant to the role. Relocation fees will not be provided, and you will need to demonstrate you have gained the relevant experience from a work environment.
