About the Role

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Dialysis Nurse to assume the position of Clinic Manager within a state-of-the-art Dialysis Clinic in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This is an excellent chance for a motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established and reputable clinic, providing person-centred care to renal patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full operational and management of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Prepare the clinic for audits and implement continuous improvement activities.
  • Effectively manage finances, including budget planning and cost control.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • At least 5 years of UK experience in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners.
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of MS Office.
